Shipping Policy:
USPS is our primary shipping provider, offering standard GROUND delivery options only. At this time, we do not offerer expedited shipping options.
Shipping is available throughout the contiguous United States (does not include Alaska & Hawaii).
Shipping is NOT available internationally (including Canada & Mexico)
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more. $75 minimum order requirement applies to the order total after coupons have been applied and prior to taxes and shipping are applied.
Taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We DO NOT currently ship to PO Boxes
Orders with a PO Box as the delivery address, the order will automatically be cancelled.
Tracking Information
Tracking on shipments will be provided within 24-48 hours via contact information provided. Holidays and closings may effect this timeframe.
Delivery
Refunds will not be processed for any packages where the shipping provider can provide confirmation/proof of delivery.
Damage Caused by Shipment
While we try to ensure that your product comes in mint condition, damages do happen from time to time. If you receive a damaged item(s), please take the following steps:
Contact us via email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of delivery to claim it as damaged and include the following information for eligibility of a replacement:

Description of Damage
Pictures of Damage
Retain all original packaging and materials, which includes: shipment box, packing materials, product manual and tags .
Depending on the nature of the damages, a shipping label will be emailed to return the product, or the shipping provider may deem a pick-up inspection is necessary. If a pick-up inspection is required, instructions will be provided.
