Returns
You shouldn’t have to worry about your kit or the parts inside, which is why we try to ensure that you’re getting the highest quality kit available. We want you to love the products from Red Wild Diorama, but if you’re dissatisfied, we want to make it right.

1. Contact us immediately from our “Contact Page”. Please include the Order Number, and reason for the return.
2. Contact must be made within 15 days of the delivery date to be eligible for return.

Additional Return Information:
​If the order is eligible to be returned, a response will be sent with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item(s). All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, tags attached, and be unused in anyway. Warranties on all Red Wild Diorama products are non-transferrable and only applicable to the original purchaser with proof of purchase or sold on RedWildDiorama.com.

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of the original purchase price. A refund may take up to 10 business days to process depending on the banking entity.

All original parts and packaging will need to be returned. Exchanges for other items or different variations of the same item are not available. However, if choosing to replace the same item(s), that will be accomplished per available stock upon receipt of returned item(s).
